3 Daily Implementations for a Mindful 2022
2021 has completely flown by and the new year is upon us. One thing the past year has taught us is to be mindful and to focus on our health and wellbeing. Therefore, let’s think about a few of the things we learned in 2021 and how we can use them to create a more mindful 2022.
A new year is the perfect time to think about your goals and intentions, whether they be short term or long term. Setting goals can give you focus, clarity and motivation. Experts suggest setting SMART (specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time-bound) goals which allow you more scope in achieving your ambitions.
START THE DAY RIGHT
Getting a good night’s sleep, followed by a mindful and de-stressed morning will set your day up well. A good morning routine to me is my daily dose of apple cider vinegar, followed by a nutritious breakfast, some gentle movement and some time with my loved ones before starting a day’s work.
Stress is detrimental to both mental health and physical health and therefore it’s important that we try and manage the stress that we have. Some stress is unavoidable but we can find ways to manage this and prevent stress wherever possible.
