To make a quick and easy ACV foot soak, all you have to do is add 2 parts water to one part apple cider vinegar and leave your feet in mixture for around 15 minutes. As previously mentioned, ACV has exfoliating properties, so your feet are sure to be feeling silky smooth and extremely clean!
By mixing an equal part of apple cider vinegar to water, soak your nails in this mixture for no longer than 10 minutes. Once your 10 minutes are up, rinse the mixture with normal water for super clean, healthy and bright nails.
