Ingredients

  • 500mls grape juice
  • 350 mls apple juice
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 star anise
  • 2 cloves
  • 3 peppercorns
  • 1 orange
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp Willy’s Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 75 grams of fresh or frozen cranberries

Method

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a saucepan. Heat over medium heat until gently simmering. Allow to cook for 3-5 minutes before tasting + adjusting for sweetness. Ladle or strain into mugs + enjoy!
