Ingredients
- 500mls grape juice
- 350 mls apple juice
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 star anise
- 2 cloves
- 3 peppercorns
- 1 orange
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp Willy’s Apple Cider Vinegar
- 75 grams of fresh or frozen cranberries
Method
- Add all of the ingredients to a saucepan. Heat over medium heat until gently simmering. Allow to cook for 3-5 minutes before tasting + adjusting for sweetness. Ladle or strain into mugs + enjoy!
