Apple & Honey Glazed Holiday Gammon


This Paleo Apple and Honey Glazed Ham is the perfect star for your festive table. It’s sweet, savoury and oh so delicious!

4-6 lb smoked ham

2 cups apple juice

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

1/2 cup honey

2 tbsp dijon mustard


  1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. With a sharp knife, score the skin of the gammon into a diamond pattern. Place the gammon in a baking dish and place in the oven to bake for 1-1.5 hours, depending on the size.
  2. In a saucepan on the stove, combine the apple juice, honey, apple cider vinegar and Dijon.
  3. Bring to a slow simmer and cook for 30 minutes or until the reduces by half and begins to get thick.
  4. Once the ham is heated through, brush the sauce over the outside. Place back in the oven for 10 minutes to brown the glaze.
  5. Serve the gammon with extra sauce on the side for drizzling.
