Apple Cider Vinegar Hummus



2 cans of organic chickpeas
2 tbsp of tahini
4-5 cloves of garlic minced
1 cup of olive oil
Juice of 3 lemons
1/2 tsp sea salt
2 tbsp of Apple Cider Vinegar
Smokey paprika, coriander and more olive oil for garnish


  1. Put all ingredients into a blender and whizz until smooth.
  2. Sprinkle with smokey paprika, coriander and drizzle with olive oil.
