Ingredients
1 Avocado
3tbsp Extra Virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp Willy’s ACV
Small squeeze of lime or lemon juice
Pinch of Himalayan pink salt and pepper
Method
Put all ingredients in either a liquidizer or use a hand blender and blitz ‘til smooth!
