Carrot Cake Smoothie Bowl

Start your day with this vibrant carrot cake smoothie bowl – packed full of delicious healthful ingredients

Serves: 2

Ingredients

  • 250 mls coconut milk
  • 1 large carrot, chopped
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2 clementine’s or small oranges
  • 2 tbsp cashew butter
  • 1 tbsp Willy’s Honey Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 1 tsp dried ginger
  • Optional toppings: coconut, walnuts, chia seeds, etc.

Method

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a high-speed blender or food processor and blend until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
  2. Divide between 2 bowls and top with desired toppings!
