Carrot Cake Smoothie Bowl

Start your day with this vibrant carrot cake smoothie bowl – packed full of delicious healthful ingredients

Ingredients
- 250 mls coconut milk
- 1 large carrot, chopped
- 2 frozen bananas
- 2 clementine’s or small oranges
- 2 tbsp cashew butter
- 1 tbsp Willy’s Honey Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 1 tsp dried ginger
- Optional toppings: coconut, walnuts, chia seeds, etc.
Method
- Add all of the ingredients to a high-speed blender or food processor and blend until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
- Divide between 2 bowls and top with desired toppings!
