- 1 banana
- 2 dates
- 1 large handful of spinach
- ½ an avocado
- 1 tbsp Willy’s Apple Cider Vinegar
- Coconut milk for blending
- Optional: 1 serving protein powder of choice
- Optional toppings: coconut, cacao nibs, etc.
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
- Pour into a glass and top with toppings if desired.
