HEALTHY chocolate chip raspberry pancakes with dark chocolate sauce

 The perfect lazy morning pancake recipe. Fluffy, chocolatey and delicious

Ingredients

For the pancakes:

 1 cup gluten free flour

3/4 cup plant milk

2 tbsp cacao powder

2 tbsp protein powder (optional)

1 tbsp maple syrup

1 tbsp maple syrup

1 tsp apple cider vinegar

1 tsp baking powder 

Handful chopped raspberries 

Dark handful chocolate chips

For the sauce:

2 tbsp cacao powder

1-2 tbsp maple syrup

1 tbsp yoghurt

Water to thin⠀⠀

Method

  1. Mix all pancake ingredients together until you have a smooth, thick batter.
  2. Stir through the chocolate chips and raspberries and cook pancakes on both sides.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  3. Mix all ingredients together until smooth, and then add water gradually until you have you have a pourable sauce consistency.
  4. Pour over your pancakes & enjoy.
