ITALIAN SALSA VERDE

Ingredients

  • 25g basil leaves
  • 20g parsley
  • 2 anchovy fillets
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • 1 large garlic clove
  • 3 tbsp Willy’s apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp grated lemon zest
  • 120ml extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Method

  1. Tear leaves off the basil and parsley
  2. Add the herbs to a blender, alongside all other ingredients. Blend for about 15-20 seconds.
  3. Taste your salsa verde and add salt & pepper if required
