Kombucha Salad Dressing

Homemade vinaigrette is much healthier and tastier than store-bought – and super EASY! This recipe yields enough to fill one small jar so is ideal to share with family and friends.

Makes: One Small Jar
Ingredients
- 1 cup of olive oil
- ½ cup of Willy’s kombucha
- 1 tsp of Himalayan salt
- 1 gloves of garlic, chopped
- 1 tbsp of dried herbs like oregano, thyme, etc…
- 1 tbsp of mustard
Method
- Mix all the ingredients and stir gently.
- Cool in the fridge for 10 minutes before serving.
