Oat and Apple Cider Vinegar Blender Waffles

A healthy twist on a sweet classic. This is one of my favourite Sunday breakfast recipes – quick, simple and super tasty!

Time: 15 mins
Makes: 6 waffles

Method

  1. In a small bowl, add the apple cider vinegar to the milk. Allow to sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until completely smooth, stopping to scrape the sides as needed.
  3. Portion the waffle batter into a preheated waffle iron and cook until crispy and brown.
  4. Serve with apples, cinnamon and maple syrup!
