Spanish Gazpacho


Like most food in Spain, gazpacho recipes vary from area to area. We like a rich soup, healthy and with a good consistency but keep reading and we’ll share with you the secrets we blend in to add that perfect touch. This can be a soup or altered to make a delicious Virgin or Bloody Mary style drink.

Prep Time: 10-15 mins
Serves: 6 people


  • 1 kg Tomatoes
  • 1/2 Onion
  • A Cucumber
  • 50 g green pepper
  • A garlic glove
  • 30 ml of apple cider vinegar
  • 50 ml Olive Oil
  • Himalayan Salt
  • An ice bag


  1. Cut the tomatoes in half and blend for 20 seconds
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients, NO ICE
  3. Before serving add 1/2 ice bag to the tomato soup.
