Like most food in Spain, gazpacho recipes vary from area to area. We like a rich soup, healthy and with a good consistency but keep reading and we’ll share with you the secrets we blend in to add that perfect touch. This can be a soup or altered to make a delicious Virgin or Bloody Mary style drink.
Prep Time: 10-15 mins
Serves: 6 people
- 1 kg Tomatoes
- 1/2 Onion
- A Cucumber
- 50 g green pepper
- A garlic glove
- 30 ml of apple cider vinegar
- 50 ml Olive Oil
- Himalayan Salt
- An ice bag
- Cut the tomatoes in half and blend for 20 seconds
- Add the rest of the ingredients, NO ICE
- Before serving add 1/2 ice bag to the tomato soup.
