A simple and versatile sauce – add to pasta, top on toasted sourdough or use as a dip for your chips, the options are endless!
Time: 10-15 mins
- 3-4 fresh local, organic tomato
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- Himalaya Salt
- 1 tsp of ACV with beet
- Garlic (optional)
- Grate the tomato by hand into a bowl, discarding the skin.
2. Now add the olive oil and salt. (garlic optional here)
3. Stir and it’s ready to serve.
