A refreshing non-alcoholic spritz to boost positivity and the immune system to keep living mindfully.

Prep time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 30ml apple juice
  • 20ml lemon juice
  • 15ml apple cider vinegar
  • 10ml honey water
  • 3 drops of Liquid Vitamin C
  • Splash of tonic water

Method

  1. Pour all the ingredients except the tonic water into a shaker.
  2. Shake it and pour into a wine glass over ice.
  3. Top up with tonic water.
  4. Give a gentle stir to mix all the flavours.
  5. Garnish with a lemon wheel, sprigs of thyme and a green olive et voilà!
