Give Willy’s sparkling brew a try – with camomile, ginger, honey and turmeric ACV, and pomegranate. With these warming ingredients, it will help boost your immune system and fight colds, making it a perfect drinks recipe for autumn and winter. Try it out and let us know what you think!

Serves: 2


250ml filtered water

Camomile tea bag

2cm fresh ginger

50ml Willy’s ACV – Honey & Turmeric

200ml sparkling water

Liquid sweetener of your choice (e.g. honey, agave)

100g pomegranate seeds, frozen

Fresh thyme


  1. Boil the kettle with your filtered water and brew a cup of camomile tea with 250ml filtered water.
  2. Grate your fresh ginger into the brew and leave to cool. (In a teapot is best but with a plate on top of a mug will do). If you have time, chill overnight, but 2-3 hours in the fridge will be enough.
  3. Once the tea and ginger are infused, pour into two glasses, topping with 100ml of sparkling water and 25ml ACV per glass. Add sweetener of your choice to taste if desired.
  4. To serve, add half the frozen pomegranate seeds to each brew, and a sprig of fresh thyme, stirring well to mix.
