WILLY’s STORY

Growing up on the family farm, inspired by veg growing, led to cooking up Tyrrells, allowing me to travel the world meeting independent food producers and retailers. It was from these travels that I had the ‘Eureka’ moment, discovering the Mother (SCOBY), living fermented cultures with their benefits.

Discovery of our 300-year-old, live mother gave the inspiration to learn the fine art of fermenting and to build the Mother Farmentary- allowing us to commercially make traditional living foods.

As a family of farming fermenters, our mission is to make the best tasting apple cider vinegar in the world that’s good for both people and planet.
