Willy’s ACV and Smoked & Uncut are back for 2022!

Festival season is around the corner, and we can’t wait to visit our good friends at Smoked & Uncut…
Never been? What is smoked and uncut!?
Lime Wood and THE PIG hotels host their epic Smoked & Uncut festivals each year across their hotels. The festivals are open-air parties; intimate home-grown festivals, not too far from home, that are just as much a celebration of food as they are music. You can expect some seriously good festival food, feasting with a great line up of chefs, drinks flowing (of course) and a fab line up! It really is the perfect day out and they even have glamping at some of the festivals!
SMoked & UNcut 2022
4 Smoked & Uncut festivals will take place this summer across THE PIG in Brockenhurst, THE PIG- near Bath, THE PIG- at Bridge Place and Lime Wood, and we will be attending them all!
Joining plenty of other stalls including various food stalls and other festival partners, our Willy’s ACV team will be set up at our very own stall at all of the festivals with plenty of drinks to sample and try including our fan favourites, our Kombucha + ACV cans!

Who’s playing…
Joining the legendary pop powerhouse, Lulu, at Smoked & Uncut’s original gig at THE PIG in the New Forest on Saturday 18th June, will be the Strangler’s punk rock vocalist and guitarist, Hugh Cornwell and R&B singer Geno Washington.
Over in Somerset at THE PIG- near Bath, on Saturday 9th July, they are welcoming back the incredible sounds from disco legends Sister Sledge, who joined them at Smoked & Uncut at Lime Wood back in 2019! And English electronic band Dub Pistols, supporting boogie-woogie pianist Jools Holland his Rhythm & Blues Orchestra.
At the third festival, which is back in the New Forest at Lime Wood on Saturday 23rd July, alternative duo MF Robots and tropical rock singer, Hollie Cooke will be warming the crowd up for the sensational sounds of the Earth, Wind & Fire Experience featuring AL Mckay.
Last, (but far from least) ska group, The Selecter and Cardiff rock group, Buzzard Buzzard Buzzard will be getting the crowd going for the final gig of the season with indie rock gods, Supergrass at THE PIG- at Bridge Place on Saturday 13th August.
Feasting
You can graze the day away at their indoor and outdoor feasting tents hosted by Angela Hartnett, some special Chef friends, James Golding and PIG Chef Apprentices!
Feasting with Angela and friends
Indoors, Angela Hartnett will be at the helm across the kitchens cooking up a 4-course feasting menu with their chef friends. Each chef will take on a course, so you can expect dishes that are not only full of flavour but full of their unique styles. Angela will be joined by different Chef friends at each festival.
Feast with our Apprentices and James Golding
Brand new for 2022, the field kitchen will be serving up garden classics rustled up by PIG chef Apprentices and Group Chef Director, James Golding. James has been with THE PIG since day one and is a champion of local, sustainable, and simple food!
The PIG apprentices will be cooking under the field canvas to serve a deliciously simple 3 course menu using ingredients from the kitchen gardens and THE PIGs local hero suppliers to each festival. This will all be served on long sharing tables, perfect for groups to sit together.
There are 4 festival dates, 4 locations and a ticket with your name on it…
