Parsnip, Apple, Ginger and Willy's Eureka ACV Soup

Sweet, smooth and elevated by our Eureka ACV. This is the perfect spring soup.

Parsnip, Apple, Ginger and Willy's Eureka ACV Soup

Ingedients

  • 3 Parsnips, chopped

  • 2 Apples, peeled and chopped

  • 1 Onion, diced

  • 1 Garlic Clove, chopped

  • 1 tsp Fresh Ginger, Grated

  • 750 ml Vegetable or Chicken Broth

  • 1 tbsp Willy’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 2 tbsp Willy’s Eureka Turmeric ACV

  • Salt and Pepper

Method

Saute onions and garlic in olive oil until soft.

Add parsnips, apple and ginger. Cook for 3-4 minutes.

Add stock and simmer for 20 minutes or until soft.

Blend until smooth.

Stir the Eureka ACV before serving and adjust seasoning.
